Mike Carl, manager of Norm the Tire Man, presented Koula Vang, a single mother of four, a 1997 Ford Taurus. Rich Seals, owner of Norm the Tire Man, learned of Vang’s need from Sally Conduff, executive director of Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County. The car was donated to Seals and he wanted to donate the car to someone in need. He and his crew made needed repairs to the vehicle and gave it to Vang, who attends school full time, works full time and has children in sports, choir and band.
