Judge William Storey speaks Tuesday about his friend Judge Rudy Moore during the dedication ceremony for the naming of the Fayetteville District Judge after Moore. On April 16, the Fayetteville City Council approved naming the courtroom in honor of Moore. Moore served for more than 22 years until his death April 11.
