Springdale Police arrest Rainbow Kilo Rasphoumy on Wednesday at the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 3553 East Robinson Ave. Police were called about a suspicious vehicle when a man pointed a gun at the officers. The police fired shots at Rasphoumy before a brief standoff. Police report no one was injured in the incident.
