Amy Bailey Kelly, a Fayetteville fire department captain, who recently competed in a CrossFit regional competition and finished 25th in the world in her age group, works out Wednesday at the CrossFit 540 Gym in Springdale. Kelly has been participating in CrossFit for five years and helps as a trainer.
