Traffic flows Wednesday along School Avenue south of Dickson Street in Fayetteville. The National Endowment for the Arts awarded the city a $100,000 grant for designing a pedestrian-oriented “complete street” featuring public art from Dickson Street to the Fayetteville Public Library.
