“The Messengers of Sleep,” a 24-by-24-inch oil by Deirdre West of Springdale, was awarded Best of Show at the 19th annual Artists of Northwest Arkansas Regional Art Exhibition, now open at the Arts Center of the Ozarks in Springdale. Awards will be presented at a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.
