Traffic passes by the construction area of the Fayetteville flyover Friday morning August 23, 2013 near the Fullbright Expressway and College Avenue. Drivers in Fayetteville can expect night time lane closures all week. The lane closures will begin Monday, August 26 and continue through Friday, August 30, between the hours of 7:00 pm and 6:00 am do to installation of steel bridge beams for the flyover.
