Conductor Mike Castner with the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad calls for passengers to board the train during the 29th annual Frisco Festival held Friday and Saturday in downtown Rogers. Rides on the passenger train were part of the festival that included, food, concerts, street dances, games and vendor booths. The festival wrapped up Saturday night with a concert by Backroads Anthem.
