Shawn Mills looks down at a vehicle in rushing water Aug. 8 near U.S. 62 east of Gateway. Mills came upon the vehicle around 9 a.m. Heavy rain caused flooding in the area damaging property. Benton County will be eligible for federal disaster aid to repair damage from the storm and flooding.
