Wendall Brewer, with the Rogers Parks Department uses a tap to thread a hole for a new bolt Monday at Maple Grove Park in Rogers. The old bolt broke and had to be drilled out requiring the use of the tap. The bolt will secure a railing for a slide at the top of playground equipment.
